Artist of three top sales picture-book in Japan, Akihiro Nishino makes way to New York!
We welcome you at One Art Space in Tribeca, Feb 16-18.
Gratifying many through multiple exhibitions in Japan, Nishino’s next wish is to
bring his works to New York.
In order to raise money, Nishino called for help at “CAMPFIRE” (http://campfire.jp/) a cloud funding platform. He called for patronage, presented his art postcards or even new creation for the patron in return.
Over 400 people have backed up his challenge for total of more than $40,000. He will bring his emotionally-fueled works to One Art Space.
Who is Nishino? A Japanese comedian and host of popular TV shows.
