BIBHU MOHAPATRA – NEW YORK – SPRING / SUMMER 2013 FASHION SHOW
For his Spring 2013 runway, Bibhu Mohaptra’s collection contained gem-toned structural dresses and tops in kaleidoscope prints, cigarette pants and lightweight, flowing chiffon gowns. He used embellished silks and satins as his main materials, and juxtaposed the ultra feminine forms with more masculine silhouettes. All of his pieces had an haute couture appeal.
