DAVID KOMA – LONDON S/S 2012 FASHION SHOW PHOTOS BY XXXX MAGAZINE
After showing with Holly Fulton for the past two seasons, this was London designer David Koma’s debut solo on-schedule LFW show. Comprising of futuristic A-line pleated skirts, dresses, trousers and jackets with all with nipped in high waists and bold silhouettes, the outfits had contrasting layers, mixing textures and lengths giving it a fresh feel. Sequined tribal prints, symmetrical geometric cut out patterns, devore, disco-style iridescent triangles embellishing long ribbons of leather came in acidic greens, blues, yellows and pinks harshly off-set against black and white.
