Following in the footsteps of Bottega Veneta and Versace, Hermès has just revealed their new Singapore apartment designed by the fashion house in partnership with luxury residential property developer SC Global Developments. The Hermès apartment is located in The Marq building on Singapore’s Paterson Hill, reportedly the most expensive non-landed property in Singapore. The apartment covers 6,232 square feet, consisting of five bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a deck with a private infinity pool and an incredible view of the Singapore skyline. The apartment features everything Hermès, including rugs, furniture, wallpaper, tableware, and of course their signature high quality leather upholstering everything. The rooms were decorated by French creative director of La Table Hermès and interior decorator, Yves Taralon, to exude the ultimate in luxury and sophistication, embodying the Hermès vision of “l’art de vivre.” The apartment even features a few original painting by French artist Jean-Luc Favero. Unfortunately, Hermès’s first venture into real estate is not for sale. The space is only available to be rented out for private events and functions.
