Birdy is well-known for her cover of Bon Iver’s “Skinny Love,” which became a hit on the UK charts when she was just 17.  Now, at 19-years-old, Birdy describes “Beautiful Lies,” as her “coming of age record.” She continued, “I’ve learned so much in the last few years and have been able to use the many experiences – good and bad – as inspiration when writing this album.” Birdy’s upcoming “Beautiful Lies,” tour which will be hosted by NYLON, will visit 15 US cities. On top of Birdy’s success both covering other artists, performing her own work, and being covered by prestigious artists, her songs have also been used in widely successful films including “The Hunger Games,” “Brave” & “The Fault In Our Stars,” the film adaption of the John Green best seller. Though young, it’s clear that success comes easily for this natural talent. To catch Birdy live this summer, check out the tour dates below. To listen to “Beautiful Lies” click here.

Birdy, who was featured in The Untitled Magazine’s Legendary Issue, has said, “A lot of the album is about finding light in the dark and overcoming the times when we feel completely lost,” which is clear from just one listen to this incredible record.
