Girl Friday (8:11) directed by Michael Daks, features Lucie Nontha. The film presents Julie Crusoe’s voyage on her yacht “Girl Friday”. After a few days at sea she spots a deserted beach. Michael Daks is an English Photographer / Director currently based in London after 15 years in NYC. He has worked for the past 25 years as a fashion and portrait photographer in London, Milan, Paris and New York. He is also Director of Photography for 5th Character magazine. This is his fourth film for xxxxmagazine.com.
Sarah Abbott had a background in fine art and fashion design before turning her creative eye towards make-up and hair. She has experience in print editorial, television, and film. Currently based in the UK, but available for bookings worldwide.

Wayne is a Fashion, Beauty, Editorial, Portrait, Advertising Photographer. Carrying out commissions worldwide, the images he produces carry a wonderful creative and diverse range that don’t really place him in any single category, but his vision and creative talents produce results that satisfies many clients around the world.
His inspiration, enthusiasm and passion for creativity is fuelled from his passion for enjoying life, everything it has to offer and anything that surrounds him at any given time.
He has had recent Exhibitions in the Hoover Skyer Gallery in Krakow, and Warsaw; as well as another at the Athens Video & Arts Festival 2011. He was nominated as a Finalist in the ‘Professional Photographer of the year’ competition, being the only photographer, from all entrants worldwide, to have 3 images in the finals; and is currently in the Finals for the very prestigious ‘Hasselblad Masters Awards’ for this year.
Brett Hammond is a composer and songwriter who owns Studio 11211 in Brooklyn, NYC where he is involved with audio post production and score for film and TV. Brett started his professional career in Birmingham UK as a musician performing in rock bands, notably Orion (with Tony Martin of Black Sabbath fame) and Push UK. He developed his skills as a songwriter and moved to New York to tour and record with the band Bigmouth where he worked with talented producers, of note Neil Dorfsman (Grammy award winner for Dire Straits ‘Love Over Gold’ and Paul McCartney). In the late 1990?s after Bigmouth, he decided to focus on Film, specifically score and sound design and since then has been involved with very successful film projects that have found their way to Sundance film festival, Tribeca Film festival, Cannes Lions festival and The Brooklyn International Film Festival.
