The Fall/Winter 2016 collection for Hermès debuted on March 7th during Paris Fashion Week. For this season, creative director, Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski, went for a neutral palette highlighting many monochromatic styles. Starting off the show was a camel colored top and flowy skirt set. The flowy skirt was seen repeatedly throughout the collection. A variety of fabrics were featured including leather, suede, spandex, wool and knit pieces.
A few subtle prints were seen, but neutral colors dominated. A stand out was an olive green dress sprinkled in silver studs. A similar dress was also shown in white. Knit turtlenecks were layered under jackets and dresses and sometimes added a pop to a monochromatic outfit. Channeling a summer vibe with a fall twist, sleeveless dresses were paired with over the elbow matching gloves.
