The House of Holland fall/winter collection shown on February 20th looked ready to head from the runway to the dance floor. Inspired by the chic fashion and carefree lifestyle of the 20s and 70s, designer Henry Holland created dresses for the party girls. In bright reddish-orange hues and baby blue, looks were complimented by lace adding a sexy touch to the punchy skirts. Polka dot patterns and cheetah print accents added to the funky collection, while screen printed, red-lipped female faces adorned a few breezy slip dresses. Flapper-esque fringe, beading, and metallic touches added to the the overall aesthetic of the House of Holland line. The collection was full-circle in it’s fun, flashy focus on a laid back, night club era.
