JEREMY SCOTT – NEW YORK – FALL/WINTER 2016 FASHION SHOW

Keeping the upcoming presidential election in mind, Jeremy Scott chose to go with the optimism of Americans for the theme of his Fall/Winter runway show on February 15th. The collection consisted of  bright colors, denim jackets, fringe, animal print, graphic tops, and more. All of the pieces were over the top, just like the Americans that move to the big city with big, over the top, dreams of success. Karlie Kloss, who appeared more than once on the catwalk, started off the show in a green cheetah print dress with yellow leather and black fur detailing. Even the footwear selection for the event was bright; female models wore rain boots or cowboy boots to match their outfits and males rocked patterned sneakers. Another accessory included a star gem bedazzling each model’s face. Guests got to leave the event with Scott’s interpretation of what will “Make America Great Again.”
