Lie Sang Bong‘s fall/winter 2016 collection shown on February 13 at Pier 59 Studios was filled with feminine looks in silky textures and bright hues. The collection highlighted oversized outerwear, cinched at the waist dresses and skirts, and loose, flowing trousers. Models donned bright pink, deep blue, and emerald green blouses made of silk and velour materials. Many of the jackets hit to the knee or ankle and were secured with a long belt, knotted on the waist. Colorful fur jackets came towards the end of the show, adding a fun feel to the mature line. The collection closed with sleek, black and white looks, adding to the classy aesthetic. For Lie Sang Bong, it was a collection made of movement and it absolutely flowed across the runway.
