Opening Ceremony never fails to surprise and entertain their audiences when it comes to their shows for Fashion Week. In the previous years alone, the creative geniuses behind the brand, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, have poured a ton of Belgian chocolate down the walls of their shows, opened a pop-up mini mall on the West Side Highway, and now it’s been announced that they’ll be staging a one-act play on the runway this September. Academy Award winner Spike Jonze, who’s worked with O.C. on various projects, including the faux fur collection inspired by his 2009 film, Where The Wild Things Are, will be writing the play with Jonah Hill. O.C. has yet to release any specific details about their show except that their runway will showcase models, actors, and of course, their SS15 collection. The show is scheduled for September 7th.
