This season’s Paris Men’s Fashion Week kicks off from June 22nd – 26th and will showcase Spring/Summer ’17 menswear collections. Balenciaga is one of the first major designers to show and Thom Browne closes out the festivities on Sunday evening. The usual crowd favorites, Balmain, Dior and Kenzo will host their runway shows on Saturday, which is bound to be one of the most talked about days of the week and will surely set the tone for the upcoming year. Among newcomers, much anticipated names include Facetasm, Hugo Costa and Sean Suen.
Great things can be expected at Paris Men’s since last autumn’s trends included statement coats, denim-on-denim, and abstract prints. Based on recent fashion weeks, the streets of Paris are expected to be jam-packed with star-studded guests and massive throngs of journalists, buyers and other fashion aficionados, hustling from show to show. The next upcoming fashion week to expect is Haute Couture, which starts on July 3rd.
