Australian designers and new kids on the block, Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo, boasted one of the most star-studded front rows of the week at their spring couture show.
The British-based label and only brand that has been invited to show at couture week in the last decade, counts Uma Thurman, Angelina Jolie, Rita Ora and Beyoncé among its fans.
In keeping with their feminine and classic aesthetic, the designers paid specific attention to florals such as peonies, tulips and roses for their latest collection. From dazzling ball gown to delicate lingerie style looks, Ralph & Russo wowed.
The label caters to some 700 international clients, who seek out dazzling ball gowns and show-stopping bridal wear. This season, these women should be pleased with the retro 1950s prom-style silhouettes and fitted dresses complete with Peter Pan collars, not to mention the kimono-style embellished sleeves, feathered cover ups and trains made completely of delicate petals.
