Swedish Grammy nominated artist Tove Lo has officially entered the “Lady Wood” era with the worldwide release of her sophomore album and the debut of her short film “Fairy Dust”.
“Fairy Dust”, directed by Tim Erem, stars Tove Lo alongside American actress, producer, director and activist Lina Esco and was co-written by her with director Tim Erem. It features five songs from Lady Wood, including the newly released track “True Disaster”, along with “Influence,” “Lady Wood,” lead single “Cool Girl,” and “Vibes.” See “Fairy Dust” below.
On the film, Tove Lo stated:
“My short film about the never ending escape and all the rushes and pain that comes with it. I always dreamt about doing something like this, and that I get to share this with all of you now feels unreal.” -Tove Lo
Tickets have officially gone on sale for Tove Lo’s first North American tour of 2017. The 11-city “Lady Wood Tour” of the U.S. and Canada opens February 6th at Showbox SoDo in Seattle, and wraps up at the 9:30 Club in Washington, DC on February 24th. Tove Lo will also be joining the lineups in seven U.S. cities for select iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Dates.
