Art Basel Miami Beach, which took place from December 3-6 at the Miami convention center is considered to be one of the most prestigious art shows in the Americas. The fair combines an international selection of works by world-renowned artists and top galleries with an exciting program of special exhibitions, parties and crossover events featuring music, film, architecture and design. 267 leading galleries from North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa show significant work from the masters of Modern and contemporary art, as well the new generation of emerging artists. Paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs, films, and editioned works  are on display in the main exhibition hall throughout the week.
