Balenciaga has always crafted luxurious female garments that have pushed the fashion house in a modern direction, while preserving the classic silhouette of the female form. The Spring 2013 collection was no different, opting to do more with less. The garments all favored showing off some skin, with midriff-baring shirts and bralette tops that served as both fashion and function. The line even housed a collection of miniskirts, masculinely tailored with an eye for sharp and angular designs.
