The British Fashion Council (BFC) announced the 14 winners of the NEWGEN competition sponsored by TopShop. London’s brightest emerging talent will receive support and sponsorship by TopShop, Britain’s Fashion Council, and the opportunity to showcase their efforts during London Fashion Week in February 2013.
NEWGEN displays the best in promising British-based fashion.
