DIOR – HAUTE COUTURE
This was the first Haute Couture collection from Raf Simons for Dior and a delicate switch of simplicity could be detected–one that still managed to flawlessly represent the essence of the house. Mini dresses with an air of 50s Dior were worn over black silk tube pants that resembled peplums and paired with classic pointy stilettos. The makeup–adding an edgy and vibrant touch in green, blue, and red–was painted precisely over the lips and eyelids.
