EMANUEL NEW YORK CELEBRATES ITS FIRST YEAR WITH VICTOR dE SOUZA AND DUSTIN LUJAN
Fashion designer Victor dE Souza and beauty entrepreneur Dustin Lujan gathered friends, collaborators, and members of New York’s fashion and fragrance communities on May 1, 2026, to celebrate the first anniversary of Emanuel New York, the Midtown boutique redefining luxury retail through an intimate mix of couture, niche fragrance, skincare, and accessories.
Held at the boutique’s West 39th Street location, the evening marked a milestone for the independently driven concept store, which has quickly built a reputation as a destination for ultra-niche fragrance and fashion-forward luxury in the heart of Manhattan. Guests toasted the boutique’s first year with cocktails, celebratory cake, and a presentation honoring Emanuel New York’s growing presence within the city’s creative landscape.

One of the evening’s highlights was the unveiling of the boutique’s signature fragrance, “Emanuel New York,” created by perfumer Niles Ramadhin in collaboration with City Rhythm Perfumes. The launch extended beyond scent alone, with accompanying body oil by sKIn and a hand-poured candle by Beyond the Light Candles designed to expand the fragrance into a broader sensory experience. Boutique Italiano also created a commemorative anniversary candle gifted to attendees.
The event also included a special recognition from New York State Assemblywoman Rebecca Seawright, who presented a citation honoring Emanuel New York’s first year and its contribution to New York’s independent luxury retail and creative communities.

Known for his couture craftsmanship and dramatic approach to fashion, Victor dE Souza has shaped Emanuel New York into a space where fashion, fragrance, and personal style intersect. The boutique has become particularly notable as the exclusive New York City home of City Rhythm perfumes, while continuing to introduce emerging fragrance houses and curated luxury offerings to a growing clientele.
Notable guests in attendance included Victor dE Souza, Dustin Lujan, Niles Ramadhin, Hailie Sahar, Jessica Moore, and Assemblywoman Rebecca Seawright.
