London Collections: Men Spring/Summer 2015 kicked off this week and will see more than 130 menswear designers hit the runways to showcase upcoming trends around London. With the likes of Alexander McQueen and Burberry showing collections, fans and critics are eager to feast their eyes on the collections. We’ve put together some of the highlights thus far from the collections that have walked the runways.
Alexander McQueen: Sarah Burton kept things simple with a hint of the infamous McQueen edge this season. The clothing, albeit very athletic, was given a boost with clean-cut tailoring, oversized coats, and embellished, blunt lines.
JW Anderson: The gender-specific roles are always reversed when it comes to collections from JW Anderson and this collection was no different. Feminine silhouettes and flowy cuts took over the show.
Burberry: The word “classic” comes to mind when you think of the Burberry brand – classic cuts, color palettes, and the famous plaid. Burberry kicked it up a notch with screen print tees and pastels.
