LION BABE PERFORMS AT THE UNTITLED MAGAZINE’S DREAM ISSUE LAUNCH PARTY AT TWO FIFTEEN AT PUBLIC

On September 25, 2026, The Untitled Magazine celebrated the official launch of its DREAM Issue at Two Fifteen at PUBLIC Hotel with a special live performance by cover stars LION BABE. Hosted by UNTITLED founder and editor-in-chief Indira Cesarine, the evening brought together artists, magazine contributors, and guests from across music, fashion, and culture.

The launch party followed the packed reception for The DREAM Exhibition at The Untitled Space in Tribeca, where a line stretched down the street as guests gathered to discover the artworks behind the project. The celebration then moved to Two Fifteen at PUBLIC, 215 Chrystie Street, for an evening of music and DREAM-inspired cocktails from 9 PM to midnight. Two Fifteen founder Nur Khan joined Cesarine and guests to mark the release of the collector’s edition.

The highlight of the evening was a live performance by LION BABE, comprising singer Jillian Hervey and producer Lucas Goodman, also known as Astro Raw. The New York duo performed a lineup of their hits, including their latest track, “FASHION WEEK.” Released on September 4 and produced by Never Dull, the single celebrates the confidence, style, and atmosphere of fashion week, making it a fitting addition to an evening connecting music, fashion, and creative expression.

Since emerging in 2012 with “Treat Me Like Fire,” LION BABE has developed a sound blending influences from ’70s and ’90s R&B with electronic production. Their debut album, “Begin,” featured the Pharrell Williams-produced “Wonder Woman” and “Jump Hi” with Childish Gambino. Subsequent projects “Cosmic Wind,” “Rainbow Child,” and “House of LION BABE” have continued to expand their musical range and independent approach. Along the way, they have collaborated with artists including Disclosure and Busta Rhymes and performed at festivals such as Coachella, Glastonbury, and AFROPUNK.

Their relationship with fashion and art extends beyond their music. Hervey has appeared in campaigns for MAC and Pantene, while the duo’s creative projects have included collaborations with fashion brands and performances at the Whitney and Brooklyn Museums. That intersection of disciplines also runs through their DREAM Issue cover story, photographed and interviewed by Cesarine.

In the feature, Hervey and Goodman discuss music, family, creative freedom, and their ambition to build LION BABE into “a whole world” shaped by imagination, self-love, and connection. Cesarine’s portraits of Hervey appear on the collector’s edition covers, while the interview explores the partnership behind the duo’s evolving sound and visual identity. Their performance at Two Fifteen brought that collaboration from the printed page into the launch celebration.

Featured DREAM Issue & Exhibition contemporary artists attending included Britt Harrison, Irina Lakshin, Kristin O’Connor, Megan Soderstrom, Oksana Berzinsh, Reka Nyari, Rene Lynch, Sol Kjøk, and Dimana Zaharieva. Many had continued on from the gallery reception, connecting the exhibition with the evening’s music and festivities. Nyari, whose “Immortal Ink” series is featured on the DREAM Issue’s Art Edition cover, was among the contributors celebrating the publication.

The Untitled Magazine editors Kristopher Fraser, Roberto Morelli, and Tony Jones also joined the party. Fraser collaborated with Cesarine on styling both the LION BABE and Barbara Fialho cover stories. Designer MOON CHANG, whose fashion appears on Fialho’s cover, attended alongside Ami Gan, Alex Erikson, and Ashley Chew.

Additional guests included Ashley Chew, Brinton Brewster, Dana Louise Turner, Natalya Piro, Monique Rinard, Chris Todisco, Gunpreet Singh, Darnell Johnson, Richard Booth, Tatiana Vidus, Marina Dojchinov, Anthony Isambert, and many more.

Curated by Cesarine, the 200-page DREAM Issue brings together more than 50 contemporary artists alongside musicians, designers, photographers, performers, and cultural voices. Its features explore the subconscious, memory, fantasy, identity, desire, transformation, and imagined futures through distinct creative practices.

Alongside LION BABE, the edition features Brazilian supermodel and musician Barbara Fialho, singer-songwriter and designer Sorana, and painter and underwater photographer Reisha Perlmutter. Interviews with Mia Moretti and DeathbyRomy explore storytelling through sound and musical experimentation, while Airco Caravan and Carolina Pavia offer perspectives on protest, symbolism, and imagined worlds. Additional highlights include a conversation with Matthew Yokobosky and Ayse Sarioglu on “Iris van Herpen: Sculpting the Senses,” and Stockton Johnson’s fashion editorial “Anatomy of a Veil.”

Created in tandem with the publication, The DREAM Exhibition remains on view through October 3, 2026, at The Untitled Space, 45 Lispenard Street, Tribeca.

The DREAM Issue is available through The Untitled Magazine Boutique in softcover magazine format, hardcover, and a limited-edition signed hardcover. Readers can choose collector’s covers featuring LION BABE or Barbara Fialho photographed by Indira Cesarine, or the Art Edition featuring Reka Nyari, with additional cover artwork by Carolina Pavia.
