LONDON COLLECTIONS MEN SS17! GET THE HIGHLIGHTS + RUNWAY SCHEDULE

London Collections Men SS17 is coming up fast. From June 10th – June 13th, 130 of the biggest names and most promising new talents in menswear will showcase their latest looks. This year’s runway shows open on Friday with the newest trends from high street, brought to you by TOPMAN Design. TOPMAN is also sponsoring the British Fashion Council’s NEWGEN MEN, which gives emerging designers business mentorship, financial support, and various platforms to show their collections during the week. This year, Craig Green and Wales Bonner are among the ten designers receiving NEWGEN support. It isn’t only the newbies that are drawing excitement. Alexander McQueen, Christopher Kane, and Burberry are among the favorite designers showing again this time around and Barbour, Moschino, and Pringle of Scotland are returning after a break last season.

Among the highlights of the programming for London Collections Men will be a talk series, including a Saturday afternoon conversation with super-stylist, Nicola Formichetti. Another noteworthy happening during the week is an exhibition of the work of renowned British photographer, Derek Ridgers. Hosted by designer Paul Smith, the exhibition celebrates forty years of punk heritage and is part of BFC’s year long event series, #PunkLondon.
