The Photography Show presented by the Association of International Photography Art Dealers (AIPAD) is set to return to New York City from April 23–27, 2025. Recognized as the longest-running photography fair in the world, this prestigious event will take place at the historic Park Avenue Armory, offering an unparalleled celebration of fine art photography.

A Showcase of Global Excellence

The 2025 edition of The Photography Show promises a dynamic and diverse mix of photographic works from around the globe. Esteemed AIPAD members, along with new exhibitors and galleries, will present exceptional collections that span emerging artists, innovative curatorial approaches, and iconic photographers. Among the newcomers are Galeria Alta (Andorra), Galerie Julian Sander (Germany), LARGE GLASS (UK), and Ungallery (Argentina), whose presentations aim to push the boundaries of photography and introduce fresh perspectives.

Expanded Programming and Events

This year’s fair features an additional day and an enriched slate of programming. The event will feature AIPAD Talks featuring four days of discussions led by thought leaders in arts and culture. Educational Walkthroughs, guided tours offering deeper insights into the showcased works.There will be an AIPAD Award Ceremony, honoring a pioneer who has transformed perceptions of photography during the Opening Night Party on April 23. The event will also include a discovery sector, with a newly reimagined section spotlighting emerging galleries through single-artist or themed presentations alongside historical exhibitions.

Venue Transformation and Layout Enhancements

The Park Avenue Armory will be transformed into a vibrant hub for photography enthusiasts. The Wade Thompson Drill Hall will host publishers within the main exhibition space, underscoring the significance of book publishing in contemporary photography. The venue’s blend of historic charm and modern adaptability provides a fitting backdrop for this celebration of art and innovation.

Schedule Overview

The show will kick off with a VIP Opening Preview on Wednesday, April 23, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Public hours follow:

  • Thursday, April 24: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday, April 25: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Night of Photography from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
  • Saturday, April 26: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday, April 27: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
