Go down the rabbit hole with Pirelli’s “Alice in Wonderland”-themed 2018 calendar, shot by Tim Walker and styled by recently-appointed British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward Enninful. This year’s edition of the iconic Pirelli calendar is the second ever to feature an all-black cast. “To see a black Alice today means children of all races can embrace the idea of diversity from a very young age and also acknowledge that beauty comes in all colours,” Enninful told Refinery29. “Culturally we are living in a diverse world. Projects like this remarkable Pirelli Calendar demonstrate that there is still hope in what sometimes feels like an increasingly cynical reality.”

The calendar features 18 musicians, actors, models, and activists reenacting Alice’s adventures in Wonderland. You’ll find model Duckie Thot as Alice herself, legendary drag queen Rupaul Charles as the Queen of Hearts, actor Lupita Nyong’o as the Dormouse, and comedian Whoopi Goldberg as the Royal Duchess. Other star appearances include Lil Yachty, Slick Woods, P. Diddy, Naomi Campbell, and Zoe Bedeaux.
