TELL NO ONE TRANSFORMS NEW YORK HALLOWEEN INTO A FOUR-NIGHT IMMERSIVE SPECTACLE
Over Halloween weekend, CX and MeanRed Productions unveiled Tell No One, an all-night (8 PM to 6 AM), multi-floor masquerade staged across four unforgettable nights inside one of New York City’s most storied venues—formerly home to Twilo and the iconic immersive theater experience Sleep No More. The event drew thousands of revelers and more than 250 artists, performers, and musicians, transforming the building into a living artwork of light, sound, and fantasy.
Designed by Manena Frazier (former lead designer for ABC Carpet & Home) alongside a team of visionary set artists, Tell No One led guests through six levels of hidden chambers, forbidden gardens, and surreal stages. Each night revealed a different theme and world—blurring the lines between concert, cabaret, and dreamscape.

A fusion of art, fashion, and underground performance, the series marked a defining return for the city’s avant-garde nightlife. The venue’s rebirth paid homage to its legacy while catapulting it into a new era—melding underground culture with theatrical immersion. Attendees were encouraged to “dress to seduce,” embodying the season’s surrealist glam aesthetic: couture-meets-dream logic, heightened makeup artistry, distressed finery, and hand-crafted masks by independent creators.
The opening night set the tone for what would become one of New York’s most talked-about Halloween experiences. Guests were ushered into a multi-sensory world filled with experimental soundscapes, live art, and performances that blurred audience and performer. Each floor offered its own portal—otherworldly lounges, dance sanctuaries, and shadowy rooms where music met myth.

The second night deepened the spell. With new lineups across every stage, Tell No One unfolded as a study in transformation: ritualistic dance, multimedia projections, and spontaneous performances created a constantly shifting landscape. No two hours—let alone two nights—were the same.
On Friday, October 31, Dreamland took over the legendary Twilo space for what became the largest gay Halloween party in Manhattan. The night pulsed with desire and decadence—multiple stages, immersive performances, and an infamous darkroom powered by M.E.A.T. Sold-out crowds embraced the hedonistic spirit of the night, proving that Tell No One was more than a party—it was a cultural moment.

The series culminated on Saturday, November 1, with a Day of the Dead–themed finale that drew a record crowd. Set against a surreal backdrop inspired by Hieronymus Bosch’s The Garden of Earthly Delights, the six-floor masquerade featured five stages and a number of incredible performances including DJ PEE .WEE (Anderson .Paak) + DJ MOMA (Everyday People) & Moresoupplease, Live Jazz & Cabaret with an Edge, Hudson Mohawke + LISAS + Mazurbate + Nas Leber, and a Secret late-night lineup curated by Cosmica & Pineapple Motel
Each performance built toward a crescendo of rhythm and revelry that carried through until dawn—sealing Tell No One as one of the most ambitious and visually arresting nightlife experiences New York has seen in years.
The series continued the legacy of CX, the creative collective behind You Are So Lucky, hailed by Vogue as “New York’s most mysterious underground Halloween party.” Together with MeanRed Productions, CX once again proved that a night in New York can be more than entertainment—it can be a work of art.
