The Kills have announced additional US tour dates in the month of April that will include appearances in Nashville, Louisville and Santa Ana. Following the release of their 2011 album, “Blood Pressures,” Jamie Hince and Alison Mosshart have stayed busy touring internationally and playing to sold out shows.
As well as solo shows, The Kills have rocked festivals alongside Queens of The Stone Age, Arctic Monkeys, Jack White, and The Black Keys. This spring they will add Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California and Shaky Knees Festival in Atlanta, Georgia.
Aside from music, Mosshart has even ventured into the world of contemporary art. Her exhibition “Fire Power” at Joseph Gross Gallery included 127 pieces – including abstract and figurative painting on canvas, as well as quite a few experimental works.
