ASHISH – LONDON F/W 2012 FASHION SHOW
Three-time recipient of the New Generation award, Indian-born Ashish Gupta made his first debut on the LFW runway in 2004 after finishing his studies at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. Drawing inspiration from the grunge movement, Gupta’s collection displays eclectic layers of sweeping shirts, knit sweaters and trousers. His innovative combination of high and low fashion certainly captured attention with his playful mix of sequins, yin-yang’s and tie dyes.
