Frieze London is coming soon! From October 6 -9 more than 160 galleries from all over the globe will exhibit at the 14th edition of the famed art fair. This year’s event features several brand new highlights – including the debut of  “The 90s” gallery section which will feature impactful exhibits from the decade, as curated by Nicolas Trembley.

Other sections of Frieze will include Focus, which features young talent and Live which creates moments of immersion and interaction with participatory performance works. Also featured is Frieze Projects, a non-profit program of artists commissions. This year’s Projects features Julie Verhoeven and Samson Young among others. Frieze Sounds will present the UK premiers of auditory commissions by Giorgio Andreotta Calò, GCC, and Liz Magic Laser.

Frieze Talks will also return. It brings together influential artists,writers,curators, and thinkers. The 2016 Talks includes a keynote presentation featuring the legendary musician, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry. For those who enjoy a good meet-and-greet, the Reading Room will again provide visitors with the opportunity to meet writers, editors, and artists in book signings and presentations. Last but certainly not least is the Frieze Sculpture Park. Located in the English Gardens, the park exhibits large scale works selected by Clare Lilley. Admission to the park is free.

Happening concurrently with Frieze London is Frieze Masters which features more than 130 leading modern and historical galleries from around the world and showcases art from the ancient era and Old Masters to the late 20th century.
