Kiki Kogelnik, Retrospective
Kunsthalle Krems
Franz-Zeller-Platz 3, 3500 Krems an der Donau, Austria
July 14 – October 6
The Kunsthalle Krems dedicates this retrospective to Kiki Kogelnik (1935–1997) who holds one of the internationally most significant positions in 20th century Austrian art.
Together with Rainer, Hollein, Mikl and Lassnig, Kogelnik was part of the young avant-garde in Vienna before she relocated to New York in 1961 where she developed her own independent variant of pop-art.
