SIMON SPURR – NEW YORK F/W 2012 FASHION SHOW
In his Fall 2012 collection, Simon Spurr continued to perfect his variation on the suit, the item of clothing which has single-handedly propelled him to fashion stardom. Honing his tailoring under masters such as Ralph Lauren and Hedi Slimane, Spurr did not disappoint. His traditionally tailored pieces were emboldened with details such as laminated fabric, comically proportioned houndstooth, and chunky knits under slim blazers. The collection offered a variety of sleek, reserved suits, that despite their wearability manage to retain a hip, almost rebellious, edge.
