Art on a Postcard presents a unique chance to own a mini masterpiece by artists who would normally be well out of most people’s reach. Famous artists have perfectly created small scale artworks the size of postcards that are being presented in a SECRET AUCTION held online on Paddle8 as well as in London at We Work in Devonshire Square. The artists who created the signed artworks will only be revealed once the auction ends. Artwork in the annual benefit show, now in it’s fifth year, start with bids as low as 50£. Former artists have included the famed Damien Hirst, and this year’s artists include Marina Abramović, Humphrey Ocean RA, Golucho, Volker Hueller, Rob and Nick Carter, Martin Yeoman, Minas Halaj, Vanessa Jackson RA, Vhils, Rebecca Salter RA, Maria Kreyn, Marcelo Daldoce, Rebecca Leveille, Fahren Feingold and Indira Cesarine. This year’s auction has been carefully curated to include some of the most collectable and interesting contemporary artists practicing today.
Don’t miss seeing the work in person, there will be a private view of the artworks on November 13th, and the bidding closes on Paddle8 on November 15th, staggered according to lots. This is the first collaboration with the internationally renowned workspace suppliers We Work, as well as New York-based art auction house Paddle 8.
