ART4EQUALITY LAUNCHES INAUGURAL BENEFIT ART AUCTION WITH RECEPTION AT THE UNTITLED SPACE

New York’s art and culture scene came out on January 23, 2020 to celebrate at The Untitled Space for a cocktail reception in support of Art4Equality‘s benefit exhibition and  inaugural art auction presented in collaboration with online auction house Paddle8. The art auction launched with a preview on January 23rd and will be live for bidding from January 30 – February 11, 2020.

The Art4Equality x Paddle8 Benefit Auction features more than 200 artworks by over 60 artists raising funds for the initiative presenting gender equality themed exhibitions and public art. The Untitled Space is exhibiting throughout the month of January a revolving selection of works by artists featured in the auction, including a special selection of works available exclusively via the gallery. Guests at the event were able to preview the auction as well as enjoy art on the walls by artists including Reisha Perlmutter, Hiba Schahbaz, Fahren Feingold, Grace Graupe-Pillard, Sarah Maple, Rebecca Leveille, Tina Maria Elena Bak, Annika Connor, Katya Zvereva, Lynn Bianchi, Rachel Marks, Jessica So Ren Tang, Camilla Marie Dahl, as well as artist and founder Indira Cesarine among many others.

Art4Equality is an initiative supporting gender equality themed art exhibitions and special projects including films and public art by female identifying artists and allies. The mission of Art4Equality is to create empowering artwork and exhibitions that can impact social change, raise awareness and inspire our community.
