BORA AKSU – LONDON F/W 2011 FASHION SHOW – VIDEO BY XXXX MAGAZINE
Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde influenced the newest line by Bora Aksu that draws from the struggle between good and evil to create a collection that is at once beautifully simplistic and complicatedly dark. Dresses combine multiple techniques and materials. Just picture a dress with knitted shoulders, mesh arms, tweed skirt, with an almost patchwork design of plastic outlined with little sequins and crocheted embellishments. Odd mixture? Of course. Successful? Definitely.
