COLLINA STRADA – NEW YORK – SPRING/SUMMER 2015 VIDEO INTERVIEW BY INDIRA CESARINE

New York based designer, Hillary Taymour of Collina Strada presented her Spring/Summer 2015 collection, with Milk Made during New York Fashion Week. Her designs were showcased in a presentation at The Standard, High Line room September 9, 2014. Inspired on back to basic wearable clothing and natural infused prints, Hillary designed the collection to translate seamlessly into any wardrobe. This season her prints are based on Yellowstone national park, waterfalls in Belize, agave plants in Mexico, and an English Floral Garden.

Styled by Gillian Wilkins, the neutral colored collection is made up of luxurious lambskin, silk organza, and Crepe de Chine, pairs make up by Ardency Inn, hair by Louis Licari, minimal gold jewelry byGabriela Artigas, and shoes by Sole Struck. Spring/Summer 2015 marks Collina Strada’s first ever Ready to Wear presentation at New York Fashion Week. Sponsored by Milk Made with a live music performance by Cara Stricker featuring Naturalius by John Kirby (Blood Orange, Sebastien Teller). The designer has been featured in Vogue, WWD, Elle, and the NY Times, widely praised for her unique designs and versatility.
