Future Fair 2024
Chelsea Industrial
538 W 28th Street, NYC
May 1-4, 2024
Future Fair has recently announced their plans for Future Fair 2024, their fourth annual in-person fair, which will take place in New York’s Chelsea in May 2024. Future Fair states that the Fair will welcome “60 local, national and international exhibitors – some returning and some brand new to the fair.” Future Fair 2024 will highlight over 100 notable voices in contemporary art. This year’s fair will also have a VIP Preview on May 1st and will be open to the public May 2-4, 2024.
This year’s fair features galleries from 10 countries across five continents, and as Future Fair states, will be a “testament to the resilience of New York’s art market and its global appeal.” Future Fair aims to showcase their dedication to presenting a broad spectrum of artistic expressions with the inclusion of exhibitors from diverse regions such as Nigeria, France, Austria, and more. Future Fair’s main mission is “to be an approachable environment that allows new, more diverse voices to thrive in a typically competitive landscape.”
2023 marked the introduction of Future Fair’s inaugural Curatorial Committee as well, which includes members such as Anne-Laure Lemaitre, Independent Curator, Creative Strategist, and Producer; Osman Can Yerebakan, Freelance Art and Culture Writer; and Constanza Valenzuela, Assistant Curator of High Line Art and the Co-founder of ACOMPI.
