Romeo Pires drew inspiration from the French writer Simone de Beauvoirfor this season’s collection entitled ‘Blueish, The Fourth Sex’. Designers Sergio Pires and Nicholas Humphrey based their elegant designs on the asymmetrical and symmetrical balance of pattern, merged with simple white long tailed shirts and pleated skirts, paired off with thick braces.  Both womenswear and menswear had excess material within the garments. Pantomime makeup added a theatrical edge to the looks, which had a modern rustic approach to their textures and low-slung styling.
