TOPSHOP UNIQUE – LONDON F/W 2012 FASHION SHOW
Turning from the bold, adventurous trends of the past two seasons, Topshop Unique’s A/W 2012-13 collection, under new creative director Kate Phelan, aimed to reinvent the uniform with a good mix of masculine and feminine. The collection featured military-inspired outerwear, a velvet jumpsuit, shirt dresses, and a pyjama silk shirt and pants in rich fall colors. Mixing wool and leather was also a theme of the pieces that hung loosely and gracefully on the frame, often topped off with heavy coats that reached past the knees.
