Every Woman BiennIal 2021, “My Love is Your Love” Exhibition
Superchief Gallery NFT, New York City
June 24 – July 3, 2021

Copeland Gallery, London
June 12th – July 9th, 2021

Every Woman Biennial is the world’s largest all-woman and non-binary art biennial of its kind, and for its fourth edition, exhibits will be presented in two major cities, New York City and London in June and July 2021.

The Biennial launched in 2015 by founder C. Finley, originally under the name, The Whitney Houston Biennial, as a way to provide a platform and exposure for more female artists. Each exhibition is named after one of Whitney Houston’s songs and is accompanied by a block-party style street dance. This year’s Biennial theme is MY LOVE IS YOUR LOVE.

The New York 2021 edition will present its 1st NFT Biennial in collaboration with Superchief Gallery NFT, the world’s first physical gallery space dedicated to NFT art. Keeping in mind the male-dominated platform of NFTs, the Biennial aims to give hundreds of artists the opportunity to learn about the new technology and mint their own NFTs. This opportunity will allow these underrepresented artists to reach new audiences and sell their art on this platform. Every Woman Biennial and Superchief Gallery NFT will hold a workshop to walk selected artists through minting their first NFTs. The exhibition is a carbon-negative NFT exhibition.

On June 24, the gallery’s opening night, they held an opening celebration for MY LOVE IS YOUR LOVE. Organized by C. Finley and choreographer Natalie Lomonte, participants were invited to dance to Whitney Houston’s “My Love Is Your Love” at the fountain in Washington Square Park.

This exhibit makes history in many ways; with Superchief Gallery NFT as the first in-person NFT gallery space, and its emphasis on creating a safe, nurturing space to teach marginalized artists about this new medium. The My Love is Your Love gallery is indicative of a new technologically advanced and equal future in the art world.
