The fifth installment of SPRING/BREAK Art Fair happened from March 1st-7th at Skylight at Moynihan Station during the 2016 Armory Arts Week. Having grown from a small affair between friends to a full blown satellite fair with an open call submission, SPRING/BREAK offered visitors a taste of all things current in the art scene. More than 100 curators emerging curators presented the work of over 800 artists whose offerings fit into the 2016 theme, ⌘COPY⌘PASTE. Work was grouped into the five categories including, Works Under $1000, The Digital By Hand, Consumer Culture, Portraits, and Nostalgia.

Opening night of SPRING/BREAK was a quintessential NYC happening. The venue was packed to capacity to the point that eventually visitors were turned away. Artist Jim Jarmusch was spotted among the crowd as well as famed street photographer, Bill Cunningham.
