Vicki, could you share with us the inspiration behind founding Beauté Aesthetics and how it has evolved since its inception? What sets Beauté Aesthetics apart from other medspas in Manhattan, particularly in terms of technology and patient care?

The inspiration for Beauté Aesthetics is a two-part answer. Amir and I had very different reasons for starting it. For me, I was a retired Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who had spent decades as a Real Estate Principal, managing family properties on Madison Ave and running a 501c3 foundation. When the pandemic hit, I put on my scrubs and vaccinated hundreds of people daily. I served as a medical consultant for vaccination locations and worked as a liaison between the Department of Health and community support for homeless and domestic violence shelter COVID-19 patients. After two years, my family encouraged me to allow myself to move past the pandemic.

The idea of Beauté Aesthetics came to me during two sleepless nights. I wanted to continue my dedication to women’s health care, in memory of my mother, who died of ovarian cancer at 47. I wanted to work on something lighter but still focused on patient care.

I met Amir Rostamirad before the pandemic. He was looking to expand his laser hair removal business on Madison Ave to our current location. Although the pandemic delayed our plans, we stayed in touch and built our friendship. Two years later, we came together to start Beauté. As friends and trusted business partners, we have an unwavering dedication to providing cutting-edge services by experts in the aesthetics industry at competitive prices.

Now, we treat many high-profile clients, but our most important clients are our regulars. Beauté is a home away from home where every person who walks in feels welcome. We ensure they feel comfortable and often want to linger in our space with sunlight, aromatics, and uplifting music.

Your team is recognized for their expertise in the latest aesthetic treatments. Can you elaborate on the training and experience that your team brings to Beauté Aesthetics?

Our highly respected team of experts are NYS-licensed medical aestheticians. They have completed accredited coursework and continue training in-house so all services are performed at mastery level including skincare, laser hair removal, Diamond Glow, VI Peel, truSculpt iD, endosphères, Accufit, & T- Shape 2.

Beauté Aesthetics is recognized as the top 1% Morpheus providers in the US and it is a standout treatment at Beauté Aesthetics. Can you explain what makes it so effective and why it’s a preferred choice for many clients?

After only 1 year of owning this incredible medical device, we were notified that we had performed so many procedures that our ranking was equivalent to the Top 1% in all of the Northeast. With over 8000 providers, that was a pretty incredible honor. I attribute it to the unwavering trust our clients have in me and I sincerely thank every one of them. So far all Morpheus8 procedures have been performed by me; results have been consistent and reliable.

Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive procedure that takes about 30 minutes after topical numbing medicine is removed. The device uses a combined technology platform of microneedling with RF. You must know your anatomy and stay within settings guidelines but beyond that, I can just see where I want to guide my handpiece while my other hand instinctively holds the skin taught or pinches skin around the cartridge or other nuanced techniques as I’m moving systematically all over a body part or face to achieve exact tightening and lifting such as the upper eyelids and brows, and even “deflating” lower eye bags that often mimic surgical results. We post many before and afters to give the Instagram audience a comforting sense that they should and do choose us as an expert because the pics validate the potential this machine can achieve along with our effective techniques.

Sofwave is another cutting-edge treatment offered at Beauté Aesthetics. Can you discuss its benefits and how it compares to other non-invasive skin tightening procedures?

The results of each non-invasive Sofwave procedure I perform using a state-of-the-art 7 parallel ultrasound beams in one handpiece, working in sync to penetrate energy to a precise depth of 1.5mm, have left me nothing short of impressed every time. Our clients are so excited with the natural results of looking younger in a short while because of the stimulation of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid your own body makes as a response to the energy. The technique I use has a lot to do with how I create vectors with the transducer and the skin to create a result of impressive lift, especially in the upper eyes, cheeks, jawline and jowls. Soon clients see their profile lifted and tighter and this is why this sought-after treatment has 7 FDA clearances. I often do multiple Sofwave treatments for exponential effect.

Can you share some insights into the science behind these changes and how long patients can expect the results to last?

Sofwave and Morpheus8 utilize different technology platforms to effectively stimulate collagen – Sofwave with SUPERB ultrasound delivered through 7 parallel beams reaching 1.5mm depth while Morpheus8 uses minimally invasive pins in a cartridge that can deliver Radiofrequency energy that  I can continuously change depth and joules of heat depending on each particular clients face or body part to be treated including body burst mode technology.

Both platforms create a powerful avenue to stimulate the body’s collagen elastin and hyaluronic acid to transformative levels and seem to magically reverse the person’s age, face and body. I find myself very fortunate to be able to use and interchange these platforms depending on how I “see” & visualize the client’s anatomy and how I can rely on the individualized transformation of where and how I place energy. I often like to add Lase MD Ultra laser resurfacing and neurotoxin to complete the full treatment on the same day or at a different time to offer the full service for remarkably improved younger brighter-looking skin.

What are some common misconceptions about non-invasive treatments like those you offer, and how do you address them with your clients?

I do appreciate this question, and thank you for the opportunity to share what I have learned as someone who has met, consulted, and treated hundreds of clients with Morpheus8 and Sofwave which are the 2 treatments I hear about speculated concerns and misinformation most. Which almost always becomes a distant thought after having the treatment at Beauté. What I want to share most is the following which is extremely important: These procedures are not one size fits all.

The practitioner’s technique and numbing medicine and time being numbed – not less than 1 hour- is of utmost importance for comfort and level of result. Oftentimes I have heard that a client had received this service somewhere and they were numbed but had so much pain and I decided to probe more and more as this didn’t make sense to me as I could perform this o myself as seen on our IG – with ease. At Beauté, numbing is to be what the protocol spells out clearly and not to cut corners. I refuse to practice any other way. If the protocol is a certain standard of numbing ointment that costs more with a minimum of an hour in the room to have it remain applied then that’s exactly what I am doing at Beauté Aesthetics – not a less effective numbing compound, and not one minute less of the specified time. Anything less equals discomfort. Additionally, settings should be used with safety and results driven at the same time; the way the skin is held while working on it, the numbing medicine, and timing all play a part in a very happy and relieved client who leaves usually with a hug and follow-up appointment. The other misunderstanding is about fat loss in the face with Morpheus8. Again, this comes back to technique and settings. Protocols must be followed and it’s not one setting for all clients nor is it one setting got the entire face of the body. Techniques and settings must be individualized and anatomy must be understood by the practitioner.

KeraLase hair rejuvenation is a unique offering. How does this treatment work, and who is the ideal candidate for it?

KeraLase is FDA-cleared LaseMD Ultra Laser combined with proprietary Kerafactor growth factor serum. Someone like me, a post-menopausal woman who has experienced hormonal changes or androgenetic hair thinning; COVID effects, or post-pregnancy; or men who have had hair thinning can now enjoy this pain-free option in about a 30-minute visit and cost-effectively priced at under $600 per treatment at Beauté Aesthetics.

We are seeing improvements in thickness and number of hair strands. The clinical trials show an average of about 40% increase in hair growth and a 63%-113% increase in hair diameter. I like performing the procedure every 2 weeks for a total of 6 times. By the 3rd treatment, we are seeing a marked improvement and client satisfaction.

T-Shape 2 is the latest in body contouring technology. Can you explain how this treatment works and what results clients typically see?

Beauté Aesthetics NYC has been chosen to launch T-Shape 2, an all-in-one non-invasive body contouring device that improves muscle definition, tightens skin, reduces cellulite and aids in lymphatic drainage. you can only find it here in NYC. T Shape 2 is highly popular in Europe and now Beauté Aesthetics NYC is proud to have mastered the technique and technology so New Yorkers can now experience the face & body contouring T-Shape 2 can offer.

T Shape 2 is an FDA-cleared non-invasive face and body shaping treatment that combines the most advanced technologies of Endosphères, ICOONE, RF, Low-Level Laser Light Therapy, and Vacuum to deliver jaw-dropping results.

With an average treatment time of about 1 hour, 10 sessions can achieve significant results in:

◦ Reducing cellulite

◦ Improving collagen and elastin production

◦ Firming skin and enhancing muscle tone

◦ Promoting circulation to improve skin health

The personalized care and attention I received during my visits were exceptional. How do you tailor these advanced treatments to meet the unique needs of each client?

It all starts with the very first consultation and evaluation and discussion of goals and realistic expectations and amount and type of treatment. Once we have engaged in discussion that has afforded opportunity to get to know our clients and what they want and earnestly try to deliver for them. But most of all what I want to say about personalized care is always about truly listening quietly, allowing our clients to feel safe to share their aesthetic desires, and building trust by being attentive and spending as much time as our clients need. Oftentimes a new client may not know what to expect and the fear of the unknown and giving up of control needs to be recognized and attended to. Being an active listener who can confidently deliver the service with care concern and privacy by being calm, quiet and engaged.

Looking ahead, what innovations or new treatments do you foresee incorporating into Beauté Aesthetics to continue providing top-tier aesthetic care?

We continuously keep a close watch on what’s up & coming and FDA-approved so we can remain a cutting-edge MedSpa leader.

Beauté Aesthetics has hosted some fabulous events recently including with acclaimed author Candace Bushnell, as well as Real Housewives Of New York City star Ramona Singer – can you tell us about some of the exclusive events your team hosts at the Medspa for VIP clients?

We love hosting events at Beauté Aesthetics 818 Madison Avenue whether we launch a new service or medical device we have mastered or our app on RepeatMD. We want to share our success & incredible results with friends, family, loyal clientele, our Madison Ave neighbors, our friends in the press, celebrities, partner representatives and new friends who have just found us. These events allow us to get to know each other talk on a personal level and enjoy an evening together as we build relationships.

Client comfort and privacy are emphasized at Beauté Aesthetics. How do you ensure these aspects are maintained throughout the treatment process? You have a personal connection to your practice through your family’s health battles. How has this influenced your approach to patient care and dedication to the field?

Beyond caring for our clients is the backstory of my own family’s health battles and seeing each client’s experience as if they were my patients or even as if I were them. They lie there hoping and trusting that the person who is about to perform a procedure cares about them as a human who needs to feel safe, secure, and confident in their caregiver to protect them from harm, keep their information confidential as necessary, and feel excited that the person who is taking care of their service – whether laser hair removal or Morpheus8 Sofwave Keralase T2 or injectables – that they are in the best hands of someone who abides by standards of care and HIPAA and just the very basics of being a kind human.

Conversation, education and listening to cues and instincts of what each person needs as they wait to be treated or in the process of reviving a treatment is of paramount importance. If those are forgotten then we have nothing. I would not be able to practice any longer. Human connection is everything to establish trust and easing of anticipation and anxiety. The numbing time allows me to give a sort of “therapy” time and be able to show care and concern for each client. Building that connection not only eases the client but it’s invaluable to me as it allows me to care for my clients on a more personal level.

Vicki, Beauté Aesthetics is renowned for its luxurious ambiance. Can you describe the design and atmosphere of your spa, and how it enhances the overall client experience?

Clean, bright, sunlit, shades of white and gold, and a hint of sexy. The 11-foot ceilings and thick sleek moulding and bodyscapes are our signature along with the upbeat sounds and intoxicating smells piping throughout the space. It’s all working in harmony to make us and our clients all want to linger and come back for more.

Vicki, as someone who has experienced both Morpheus8 and Sofwave treatments at Beauté Aesthetics, I was impressed by the results and minimal downtime. Can you explain how these treatments complement each other and why they are so effective together?

In my experience, when I am allowed to perform both treatments most often on separate occasions for our clients, I see an exponential effect of brightening and lifting and tightening. I can lift and contour more to help achieve the goals that our clients want to achieve without falling short; I also quite like adding the LaseMD Ultra laser where we can customize a mild resurfacing of melasma to a stronger targeted treatment to remove darker pigmentation from sun damage.
