White Cube Mason’s Yard is will present ‘Junkie’, from April 27 through July 3 2016, an exhibition by Jac Leirner. The sculptures and photography in the exhibition are new, although some have originated about 30 years ago. Some works relate to Leirner’s addiction with drugs. Gathered over several years, the objects used in these new works were assembled and photographed during a cocaine binge over three nights in 2010. Leirner works in many mediums including sculpture, photography, painting, illustration and works on paper.
White Cube Mason’s Yard opened in September 2006 in a courtyard off Duke Street St James’, nearby to the original White Cube space.
