PPQ – LONDON F/W 2012 FASHION SHOW
Amy Molyneaux and Percy Parker of PPQ , known for dressing music icons like Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty, dedicated their Fall 2012 collection to the apocalyptic romance of winter. This collection showed a more elegant, sophisticated side of the label known for propelling the drainpipe jean trend. Long chiffon gowns and tailored, lady-like separates were monochromatic broken up with pieces in forest green, and featured military style embroidery on lapels and skirt peplums. The grown-up, refined looks shown on PPQ’s fall runway were heightened by asymmetrical detailing, slashed backs, and sexy pops of skin.
