TEMPERLEY LONDON – LONDON S/S 2012 FASHION SHOW VIDEO BY XXXX MAGAZINE
Temperley London, the label of British designer Alice Temperley is now in its tenth year and the show had a busy front row with Pippa Middleton, Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, Peaches Geldof, Laura Bailey, Sheherazade Goldsmith, Jade Parfitt, Jacquetta Wheeler and Poppy Delevingne all in attendance. This new collection had a glamorous hold Hollywood feel. A sheer, embroidered jumpsuit was accessorised with a large gold medallion and loose silk bolero and large flared trousers set a 70s theme. The dresses were long, with dramatic necklines and loose 70s sleeves creating elegant, elongated silhouettes. The accessorising with long knotted white headscarves and large sunglasses gave the pale colour palette a feel of summer poolside glamour.
