Willow Smith is the newest fresh-faced star of Chanel. After being named a brand ambassador at the house’s AW16 show, she is now the face of the latest eyewear campaign, shot by Karl Lagerfeld.
In the past couple of years, the youngest Smith has captured the eyes and ears of pop culture with her unique fashion sense and far-out opinions, which she often expresses on social media.
Chanel and 1.7million Instagram followers just can’t get enough of Willow. The brand had the following to say about why they tapped the “Whip My Hair” singer for their latest campaign:
“A multifaceted artist, writer-composer-singer and actress, Willow Smith is the embodiment of her generation’s spirit.”
With the stunning eyewear campaign, Willow follows in the fabulous footsteps of Cara Delevingne and Lily-Ross Depp who is currently featured in the advertisements for the new Chanel #5 perfume.
