Guzman started the SoHo Arts Club with his friend and real-estate developer, Golan Marom, to revive the creative era of the 70’s and 80’s to SoHo. 76 Wooster was once the stomping grounds of artists such as Andy Warhol,  Keith Haring, and Julian Schnabel. The mission of the club is to keep the art culture alive by encouraging young, local artists. Included in the event ticket purchase was an annual club membership. Club members get access to exclusive, private events hosted by the club throughout the year.
